As a premium Real Estate Agency on the Gold Coast, Status Realty were looking for a 'Schmick' Brand Identity – one that creates intrigue, and stands out in the marketplace, while still maintaining it's core values of Trust, Approachability and Seamlessness.

The Challenges & the Solutions

The Problem
Status Realty approached us with a vision to redefine luxury real estate on Australia's Gold Coast. While they had a business name and a basic concept, they lacked a comprehensive Brand Identity that resonated with their high-end target audience and could adapt to future growth, including sub-brands for different divisions of the business.

The Solution
Through a detailed strategy phase, we deep-dove into the ethos and aspirations of Status and recognised the need for a brand identity that embodied luxury, innovation, and trustworthiness. We positioned Status as a "Ruler" archetype reflecting their aim to lead the market with authoritative insight and innovative solutions. This helped in defining the brand's voice and personality as confident, knowledgeable, and pioneering.

The Outcome
Inspired by the concept of Status and exclusivity, we designed a sophisticated logo that symbolised seamless movement and stability, essential traits for a real estate brand. The Brand Ecosystem was designed with scalability in mind, allowing Status to seamlessly introduce new sub-brands or services. This strategic foresight ensures that the brand identity remains cohesive as the company grows and diversifies, supporting its long-term success
