Our Brand Foundation Workshops are 4 x 1:1 power-packed 90 minute sessions, included in this package, over one week of unpacking, ideating, strategising and re-building your Brand Strategy.

A cohesive Brand System should always include your supporting brand pieces – like Font Pairing(s), Colour Palette(s), Icons, Illustrations or Patterns and in-situation mockups that you can use to promote or visualise your business.

This is supported by your Guideline Document, Collateral, Templates and Ongoing Support to give your business the best chance at success.

Logo and Identity

We present up to 3 completely unique Logo Concepts, in line with your Brand Strategy.

From here we refine your chosen concept to include your final Primary Logo, Secondary Logo, Monogram or Brandmark.

Your brand kit will always include any Divisional Logos or sub–brands, to support business growth.

Our extensive Brand Guideline Document covers all of your brand's visual execution guidelines, in a clear and easy format that you can share with your stakeholders. 

 

It also includes your Brand Vision and Mission, which we will develop together; your Brand Story, PositioningBrand Archetype, Brand Personality and tone of voice as well as your Audience and Competitor Research.

At the end of your branding project we work with you to create a template library of launch graphics that you can use: including Business Cards, Letterheads, Social Media Templates, Social Profile Headers and Slide Decks.

Choose any two pieces of collateral, like a complete Slide Deck or Sales Document, business card, or social media bundle – designed for your brand and provided in a ready to use format.

No one wants to protect your brand more than your Brand Designer. After your Brandsthetic Blueprint is complete, you will have access to us via 3 x 60 minute Zoom Calls, over a 3 month period to go over any questions about your Brand roll–out. 

This could be with you, your internal team or a supplier. Think of us as a Brand Manager who understands the core essence of what your brand should look and speak like.

Our Process

Week 01

UnBrand

In our first week, we’ll explore the heart of your brand. This is where we get to know the very soul of what you’re building and shape your Brand Strategy with our Brand Foundation Workshop.

We’ll chat about your core values, vision, and mission. We’ll discuss why your brand exists, what drives you, and your desired market positioning. We’ll learn what makes your brand tick — your unique story, the beliefs that guide you, and the impact you want to make in the world. This step helps us uncover what makes your brand unique, research your ideal audience and lays the groundwork for everything else. 

By understanding the true essence of your brand, you’ll gain clarity and direction, which is crucial for all future branding decisions. This foundation ensures that every aspect of your brand strategy aligns with your true identity, making your brand authentic and compelling.

Week 02

CompetiScan

In this step, we analyse the competition. We look at why people choose your competitors and what makes them attractive. This helps us understand the industry landscape and find ways for your brand to stand out. We figure out how you can differentiate yourself while staying true to your brand’s core. 

We go through the 5-step Customer Journey and find all the key touch-points that you need to design brand elements for.

 

By identifying your unique position in the market, you’ll be able to differentiate your brand effectively and attract more customers. This insight allows you to leverage your strengths and address gaps in the market, positioning your brand as a standout choice.

Week 03

EnVision

Hooray! Let the fun stuff begin! Here, creativity and strategy come together. This week provides a clear picture of how your brand will look and feel, guiding the design process and ensuring visual consistency.

 

We create mood boards so that we're perfectly in alignment with each-other's vision for the brand. We also explore how different shapes, colours, and symbols can represent your brand and how we can use these elements to craft a unique visual identity. If you're planning on reaching a diverse audience, we're experts in Design Thinking across cultures, diverse demographs or neurodivergence. 

We then use this feedback process to present you with up to 3 completely unique Brand Identity concepts.

Week 04

Flight

Now, we bring your brand to life. We use the insights from the previous steps to develop your brand’s look and feel. 

2 complimentary rounds of revisions are included to refine every last detail on your chosen brand direction. A custom brand pattern, typographic system, colour values and your collateral designs are added for maximum cohesion.

You will have a complete library of Brand Assets – including your Logo designed in multiple formats and variations, your chosen Brand Collateral, a comprehensive Brand Guideline Document and a Strategy to keep you informed as you start marketing your brand.

By the end of our journey, you’ll have a fully custom, cohesive Brand System that perfectly conveys your up-leveled image to your audience.

 

This includes everything from your Logos and Logomarks to a unique look and feel, a thoughtfully chosen colour palette, a type system, world-class Brand Guidelines and a photography style direction that ensures maximum consistency.
